JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Inventory & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our warehouse and inventory operations. We are looking to hire immediately, with an ideal start within 1-2 weeks. This is a hands-on leadership role working both in the warehouse and on-site as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not exhaustive and duties may be added, deleted, or changed.
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Oversee warehouse organization and daily workflow
- Coordinate with installers to ensure jobs are packed correctly and completely
- Scan, track, and reconcile inventory
- Receive and inspect incoming product
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or damages
- Maintain clean, organized systems
- Assist on-site with staging and pick-ups
- May be asked to work on special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Notices when things are off and takes initiative to fix them
- Comfortable leading and giving direction
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Enjoys staying active and hands-on
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs
- On your feet for several hours throughout the day
- Comfortable bending, lifting, and moving regularly
- Thrives in a fast-paced, active environment
TRANSPORTATION & DRIVING
- Based out of Burnsville, MN with travel to job sites as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a clean driving record
EXPERIENCE
- Inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- No nights or weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $20.00 – $26.00 per hour {based on experience)
