JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking installer to join our team. We are hiring immediately, with an ideal start within 1-2 weeks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working both in our Burnsville warehouse and on-site in homes. You’ll be part of a team that transforms spaces and helps homes sell.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not exhaustive and duties may be added, deleted, or changed.

• Load and unload furniture and staging items
• Assist with installations and pick-ups
• Follow direction from team leads and designers
• Handle furniture and decor with care in client homes
• Assemble furniture and prepare items for staging
• Assist with final styling details, including hanging artwork and wall decor (training provided)
• Assist with warehouse organization and job prep
• Work efficiently to meet daily install and pick-up schedules
• May be asked to work on special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable and punctual
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with physical work
• Works efficiently and takes direction well
• Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation
• Comfortable using basic tools and assembling furniture
• Takes pride in quality work and finished results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
• On your feet for several hours throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment

TRANSPORTATION & DRIVING

• Based out of Burnsville
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Company vehicles are provided for travel to job sites from the warehouse

EXPERIENCE

• Moving or furniture handling experience is a plus
• Experience driving a 16 ft box truck is a plus
• DOT certification is a plus
• Higher pay opportunities available for candidates with driving experience and certifications

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• No nights or weekends

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $21.00+ per hour (based on experience)
