POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Home Stager / Interior Designer with a strong design eye, staging experience, and the confidence to take a project from concept to installation.

Experience in staging or interior design is required; merchandising experience is a bonus.

This role is hands-on, fast-moving, creative, and great for someone who loves transforming homes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create staging plans for homes of all styles and price points
• Select furnishings from our curated inventory
• Lead installation days + direct assistants
• Work independently in the field and adjust as needed
• Update inventory in Stageforce
• Occasionally source items to complete a design
• Make sure each project reflects the Ambiance aesthetic

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience in staging or interior design (required)
• Merchandising/retail styling experience (nice to have)
• Strong sense of layout, scale, color, and detail
• Clear communication + solid time management
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and flexibility

We’re looking for a positive and proactive team member to work within a team of 3-4 installers. Primary duties include but are not limited to loading and unloading furniture to and from the warehouse and staging jobs, maintaining an organized warehouse, and working on warehouse projects as needed. Travel will be required primarily in company vehicles within the metro and surrounding areas. Must be able to work occasional overtime. Normal hours of operation are M-F 8-4pm.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
This list is not exhaustive and duties may be added, deleted or changed.

• Pull and load product for outgoing stages onto truck
• Use a computer-based inventory system to scan product out for staging (will be taught on the job)
• Unload truck, move product into home
• Must be comfortable using a loading ramp when necessary
• Hang art (will be taught on the job)
• Cleaning, furniture touch-up and other maintenance items as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse of outgoing and incoming product (in correct locations)
• Furniture receiving, assembly and minor repairs
• May be asked to work on Special Projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 100 lbs with team lift
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Must have valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for transportation as needed (mileage reimbursement is included)
• Open to achieving DOT certification

JOB DETAILS:

• Salary: Starting from $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: M-F typically 8-4 (8 hour shift)
